A nutlike grain seed, eaten in foods, kasha cereal, and pancakes; buckwheat is high in fiber and bees love the flowers, and its unique three-sided hulls allow air to circulate and make sleeping pillows with firm and soothing support. We make neck bolsters and meditation pillows as well.
